Today’s Run: Hills!


I’ve been keeping my mileage low this week to stay healthy, but I don’t want to lose my cardio so I tackled a short hill workout this afternoon.

There is no shortage of hills to practice near my home so I jogged over to the Mission Dolores neighborhood:

My run was short and sweet (and sweaty!) but I’m feeling so great for next week’s race. I have one more 12 mile long run planned this weekend, but I’m just about ready for the San Francisco Half Marathon!
